In talking to customer service, they offered to waive my delivery fee. However they would not refund it then and there because they want to "make sure that the furniture was delivered properly the next time". The delivery for next time was re-scheduled and I was promised to get the entire delivery fee waived. All I had to do was to call back!!4.1/5(45)
