May 25, 2006 · Insist that Bob's refund the delivery charge and have them go after their subcontractor. Your delivery contract was with Bob's. You paid Bob's, therefore Bob's has to refund your delivery charge. Also, if you have not already done so, file a report with the FTC and BBB. Good luck.
