Misleading Delivery Times - Bloomex. I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not order through Bloomex. Order through your local florist if possible. Delivery times is not a priority with Bloomex. Their customer service is appalling. No refunds or cancellations allowed on orders that haven't left yet.

I paid extra to ensure delivery before Noon for a funeral that started at 2 PM. All of this is shown on Bloomex's own confirmation of my order. Delivery was not even attempted until after 3 PM. Bloomex insists we should be satisfied to accept "store credit" or an alternative flower arrangement -- both of which are useless to us. They got our money.
