My reasoning for asking these questions is because the VA spends quite a bit of time pre-discharge to guide us to make the correct decisions where it regards our claims. Briefing a generation of troops that filing a Benefits Delivery at Disharge claim should take 60 days, only to be told well into the process that it will probably be around 130 days, and you are saying 1 year, has us pretty confused.
