Update to review of 27 Jan 2020. Since my review yesterday, Bathstore have now emailed and said that they will now refund the delivery charge as well as the refund for the product. This is an improvement so only fair to record that, but only two stars because of all the inconvenience.

Bathstore Ipswich, would recommend! We used Bathstore Ipswich in April and received excellent customer service from Lynn who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
