Aug 26, 2015 · The Anti-spam system will re-attempt delivery of deferred messages for MOST outbound messages. When the message is delivered you will see a new and different "delivered" entry in the log. The original "deferred" log entry DOES NOT disappear even when the message is delivered. This is a key point that many seem to be missing.
