To the right of the In/Out Queue Size label, click on the second number to open a new window that will display some of the messages in the Outbound Queue. This will also display the delivery state (which may explain why they aren't being delivered).

Not using LDAP, but, what you suggested, adding the IP of the Exchange Server and testing an email address, completed successfully. I had just gotten off the phone with Barracuda, and was shocked that I will have to back-pay for Energizer Support and Instant Replacement from the date it expired.

Sep 13, 2012 · Some users send .pdf attachments from a program called Fourth Shift. This has never been a problem in the past. The email shows up in the user's Sent Items in Exchange. Recently, some of these emails are being queued in our Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall. The user gets no notification of this and the recipient never gets the message.
