I can about 30 contact hours each year at uni and I held a casual job, but it was a super big load and if you don't have AWESOME time management, your uni work WILL suffer. I think it's up to the individual, if you can handle all of that pressure and stress then do it, but otherwise I do believe that with some degree, a job is not sustainable.
