Avalon Grand Cancun was a very comfortable stay. The room was big enough for 6 people with a great view. The staff is great the room was alway clean and when we asked for something they didn't took more than 5 min. to provide us with what we asked for.

7. Re: Avalon Grand Cancun new management. we have been owners since 2003 & were just at Avalon Grand this past Sat & were told that new owners are NYX Hotel, a spanish co. They're in the middle of making changes & are trying to get a new timeshare company on board.
