Feb 04, 2015 · Billing Office is closed at all (office) hours when I call! I have called billing to discuss why my bill for 2weeks of service (cancelled service before my 30 days) is so HIGH, and it always takes me to an automated message saying the office is currently closed and gave me the hours of service, in which I was calling during those times.
