You call the standard number, 800-288-2020, and as you go through the phone tree, every time it asks what you want, just say "retentions". Eventually you will end up there. But when they answer just verify by asking "are you retentions". Always worked for me. In fact I had to do it just yesterday, 3 times (don't ask).

Maybe you used to be an ATT customer and this doesn’t apply to you. Well at least let me tell you why I as a retention specialist have to fight tooth and nail to talk you out of keeping your service. There’s a metric called DP100 which stands for disconnects per 100. Which essentially means the disconnects I make is relative to calls I take.
