I had over 100 free hours of “down time” at least this past year before I left. The company will outright lie about the hours you will work. So called “guaranteed minimum pay”. And your value to them. Add several hours a day to what they say you will work, if they say 10-12 expect at least 12 but probably 14+. If they promise a minimum of $1200 per week know that if you can’t reach the minimum amount of loads even at the customers fault or lack of freight you won’t see a minimum pay.2.8/5(33)
