At a minimum it takes 1 hour, but at a normal day it takes 1-3 hours for me to fall asleep. I go to bed at the same time every night, but it doesnt make a difference. However if i sleep when i feel like it the 24 hour cycle does not fit inn with my natural sleeping cycle. I like being awake for about 20-22 hours, and sleep for about 8-10 hours.
