DISTANCE: Asessippi is twice as far (around 4 hour drive, vs 2 hours to Holiday Mountain). However, most of the roads to Asessippi (Hwy 1 and Hwy 16) are larger and more well-travelled than Hwy 2 to Holiday Mountain. Still, you have to get up pretty early to drive to Asessippi and ski a full day.
