The Houston Arboretum is small but many photo opportunities and easy trails. I would say around 2 hours. If you go to their website, you'll be better able to plan your day. It has great information including hours, parking info, trail maps, etc. If you are a member of another arboretum, they may also have reciprocal visiting discounts.
