Pros. The fellow employees are hard workers and great to work with. Cons. Government contracting makes for ups and downs of work availability. There are a lot of work silos and collaboration is thus stunted. Work culture is that you work until the job is done. When a product is going online everyone has to work 80-90 hour weeks.
