OPT was very accomodating on trying to adjust and cut & carve on the prosthetic. However, we saw at least three OPT technicians, and got six different attempts to "fix". Finally went to a different provider, got a correct fit the first day, and she has been pain free ever since. She wears the prosthetic anywhere from 6 to10 hours a day. Be careful"
