The contract was accepted by all parties on 4/2/16 but Tony Karen/ Anver Log Homes didn’t start work on the project until 7/27/16, which violated the contractual agreement by 70 days. Tony Karen/Anver Log Homes has neglected to make payment to the Septic contractor, the well company and the foundation wall company on our project.
