Jan 17, 2018. It's 75 hours, including 25 hours in pharmacology, assuming you also meet one of the other requirements (like practice hours). If ONLY recertifying with CEs, you need 150n hours, including 25 hours of pharm. UpToDate is OK with ANCC for non-pharm hours.
