The shifts are 13 hours, which is slightly above the local industry standard of 12, however, late calls are not uncommon with some shifts lasting upwards of 15 hours. Managements attitude is that "you signed up for it" and "we can keep you up to 16 hours if we 'need' to".

The company now offers 24 hour shifts along with 13 hours and some 8 hours which allow employees to keep going to school and work. They have added more training and classes for us to better ourselves.
