Been in there to browse and they have a nice selection of instruments, however their limited hours of 10am-5pm, and closed weekends? It is what it is. When I finally get the time to go (yes it may be 15-20min before the stated close time) I drive by and, the closed sign is up.

26 reviews of Alvas Showroom "Alva's Showroom is a hidden gem in my own back yard. One of the few places you can go to see great jazz in L.A. Seriously. There's the Baked Potato, La Ve Lee, Catalina's and the Jazz Bakery which I'm not sure is open still. There are other clubs but none have thee roster of top flight artists coming through on a consistent basis like these clubs.
