Appalling service at a high price at Melbourne Central's Alter It outlet. I sent six items there for drycleaning two weeks ago - 4 heavy wool coats and 2 suit jackets. When I collected them, I was shocked. 3 coats were heavily covered in what looked like lint - but I could not remove any of it with a lint roller.
