Answered February 6, 2019 - Regional Training Director (Current Employee) - Tucson, AZ. The working hours varies per account. There are some shifts that begin as early as 3am and end as late as 11:30pm. However, it depends on the business need. One could not just request a specific schedule.

The 8 hours are not flexible if you have tasks to do during the day. During training, they gave us the 6am - 3pm for the day shift. There was the 2pm - 11pm for the night shift. If you feel uncomfortable working during the nightly hours, they will not listen to you but instead question you (in a gaslighting tone) if you're really interested in the job.
