The bridge is not open 24 hours. Sunday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 midnight; Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. You might have been confused because on the official website the hours are listed as <<Sunday through Thursday: 08:00 – 24:00>> but of course that doesn't mean it's open 24 hours a day.
