After 10 weeks without our belongings, having to pay a "release fee and sign an agreement to not sue" in order to find out where our belongings were being held hostage, and after paying Allegiance Moving and Storage and the company they hired to move us $20.000 collectively, we had to hire a totally separate company to actually move our belongings!

27 reviews of Allegiance Moving and Storage "DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Their sales people were good on the phone but as soon as we had confirmed the booking things started to go wrong. We received many calls before our move date asking if we would like to move it to a later date. We said NO as we were all scheduled for entry / departure dates. On the day of the move they did not show up.

I was quoted $5100 on the high end by Allegiance and gave the flexible pick up date of 7/2-7/6 with the hard move-in delivery date 7/16. I was told I would receive a call 24 hours prior to the movers arriving.

Overall Opinion of Allegiance Moving and Storage: The company has good intentions and is committed to customer satisfaction; however, their role as a broker has inherent challenges that commonly plague this industry.
