Its called the Area Management Grad scheme, you have tO work as a normal Aldi worker for 1 month doing all the low end jobs. Then you get put in charge of 1 store while you complete the rest of the training and after 1 year or however long it takes to complete the training you become an area manager and get put in charge of 4 ish stores.
