Have to work 60 plus hours a week to even try and keep your head above the water and balancing all of the spinning plates. Get phone calls 7 days a week. Not a sustainable long term future, most Area Managers only last 2-3 years and if they can transfer to a project role in head office will jump at the chance to try regain a Mon-Fri 40 hour per week schedule.
