Continue this thread. The number is on the tip of my brain, but the wording in the AFI is "commanders should attempt to schedule airmen for a 40 hour work week." I'm a leaf on the wind! I know a lot of LTs on casual status work anywhere from 8-30 hrs/week depending on their job and the total number of casual LTs.
