First of all, they had a Jeep available on 48 hours notice (called when we landed), compared to Dollar, who was sold out weeks ahead. A very nice lady delivered the Jeep to our hotel - could we ask for more? She went through the map with us and sent us on our way.

Prior to leaving for vacation Adventure Lanai Ecocenter called and advised our credit card had been stolen by someone that worked for them. He advised us to contact the credit card company and just bring cash. for the tour. One day before our tour we received a call stating our guide was in the hospital and our tour was cancelled.
