Question: How flexible are your working hours at ADT Security Services? Not flexible. You work set times and your breaks are scheduled. Now they have lots of contractors working for them. Bottom line is. Do not expect a work life balance here.. a lot of times I would get home by 8:00pm to 10:00 pm starting my day at 7:00 am. Expect back to back morning meeting every single day of the week and still be on time at your first install by 8:00 am.
