I've recently swapped over to Dex XR 20mg instead of the IR release version. I've only been on XR now for about a week but I cannot for the life of me get a constant full day from it, I've had about 2 out of 7 days where it worked fine and it was great but the other days ended up only lasting about 4-5 hours and I cant pinpoint what I have done different on those days.

Now, it usually kicks in 10- 45 minutes, but still usually lasts an hour ( Trust me I know exactly when it works and when it wears off).

adderall xr IS working for me, but it leaves my system in about 5-6 hours and I haven't finished titration and I've reached the cap of 60mg.. It's been 2 months now, I'm talking with my psych and seeing him soon but I'm wondering if I should try vyvance.. Adderall just isn't lasting long, and it takes a lot to get results..
