Aug 13, 2014 · Answers. KA. kaw06 15 Aug 2014. I take 1 in the morning and 1 again at lunch, it seems to do the trick. JusT explain to doc what you feel, & ask if you can split your dose. I personally do not feel that the extended release is as strong as the regular Adderall, but my Dr. seems to think they are the best, & they do kind of last longer.
