For starters, they do not look up your insurance before an appointment. They will charge you the entire amount of the visit and then only credit you what they got from the insurance provider after you send numerous emails.

All counseling services will be available during our normal business hours for both Tulsa and Tahlequah campuses, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Central Standard time. Acuity has a lot of great therapists and people. I felt very valued by most of my coworkers. The work can be very rewarding, but it can also be very draining given the nature of mental health. Acuity’s downside is a lack of clear communication. Policies can change day to day and even person to person. There is very little consistency.
