On the 23 of June we paid 675.00 for 28 days that included electric and 2 days later we got a notice that starting July 1 we would have to start paying electric. Was told this is a private company and we can do what we want. This is a bait and switch park. The laundry doesn't work: took 3.00 to dry 8 cotton T-shirts, the pool was green and murky ...1 Yelp review

You literally had to move your vehicles when people moved in around you because mostly everyone is forced to park in street. The driers do not work well. The park is clean and well kept and it's a great location but we moved to a much bigger, shady lot across town for half the price.2 Yelp reviews
