The company policy is 3 weeks in advance but Rotas are more like 1 week in advance. It’s poorly managed and when questioned to managers your told” there too busy” but in fact there lazy. Mar 13, 2014 · The main issue for me was that you're dealing with tourists all day long. It would get exhausting since people don't always act logically when on vacation. Also, Bar Harbor is a cruise ship town, so at the peak of the season, you're getting 3-4 ships in a day. So it gets very, very hectic for a few hours each day.
