The AC has great facilities for running, swimming and just playing sports in general. I normally play ball and hit the weights and then go for a hour swim in the olympic size pool. The AC has specific gym/swim hours for everyones specific needs. After a couple hours of a serious work out, I head over to a big changeroom with spacious showers.

AC is what you're looking for. It has olympic platforms, lots of space and they don't mind if you're doing supersets or something and need to take up some space. Just WATCH OUT FOR WOMEN'S ONLY HOURS! Hart House is great for a lot of things (circuits, swimming, classes...) but the weight room is crowded and very old school.
