Fixed hours, little to no flexibility in hours. 3 shifts, 1st shift hours- 6am to 2:30pm, 2nd shift- 2pm to 10:30pm, 3rd shift- 10pm to 6:30am. All shifts are full, but 3rd is a skeleton crew due to hours.
