Abkhazi Garden is a longer walk along the shoreline sidewalk (beautiful walk in nice weather.), I am guessing an hour walk one way. Taxi ride for 10 might cost $20 per cab. To see the entire gardens can be done in an hour. How long are you staying in Victoria and how long do you want to be in the garden.
