Still new company was able to fix and balance the pool in 36 hours. What A1 was unable to do in more than a month competent techs did in less than 2 days. I terminated services with A1 and now theyre trying to charge out an extra month, fees for early termination and when I refused 4 weeks later are claiming to send me to collections.
