Incorrect! Your wedding was 10/27 and cake was delivered at 6pm, your complaint was made Monday at 4:56 pm. Our contract is clear and states 24 hours to make any complaint, yours was 48 hours after the wedding, secondly we have a guarantee policy that if you are unhappy at your wedding you call/email us immediately for us to fix as to not assume if i complain i get a free cake.
