I’ve had issues too with very slow Aust Post delivery, especially Quickflix DVDs which are supposed to be sent priority paid. In July they were taking 8-9 business days. I contacted AP via Facebook. They tried to be helpful but without a tracking number, they couldn’t do anything.

Dec 07, 2012 · Australia Post seems to be suffering from more and more complaints from people who do not get their parcels delivered. Australia Post is different from normal courier companies. If someone is not home the Australia Post delivery person can leave a card in the letterbox, and then later in the day drop the parcel at the local Post Office.
