Nov 24, 2017 · I had an order on ASOS which was supposed to be next day delivery, but it arrived two days after the expected delivery date (so took 3 days in total). I know people get funny about the 'C' word here (compensation) but I think if you pay extra for faster delivery and then it's late they should have to compensate you.

ASOS CS when it comes to delivery/returns is exemplary imo. To be honest, I think even when you return stuff a little late, it's much less hassle for the company to refund than to have to try and contact you and send the stuff back etc. I'm sure all will be fine if you send it back.
