We ordered a bedroom set at the beginning of November (I guess we should have read the reviews before dealing with Art Van), and still are not satisfied with the purchase. On the first delivery, the bed rail was smashed broken, the headboard was missing paint, and the dresser had a dent.

I received a call from Art Van about a week later and the lady on the phone just kept saying sorry there was nothing they could do. She was rude and the phone number she was calling from wasn't even from this area, it was out of state. What ever you do DON'T BUY FROM ART VAN AND KINGS DOWN SLEEP TO LIVE BED IS THE WORST BED EVER MADE!!!!!
