Again, poor customer service, poor SOP. Advice, choose any retailer except Argos. U will expect Zero good inside delivery car. WASTED all day, 15gbp. And sleep floor. Customer service manager need to change or perhaps CEO want to save money using poor service strategy. Next time, I paid 20% high for John Lewis service. 12/10 good in John Lewis.

Build quality is pretty poor, the black tray that is supposed to hold all the bits is very poor and cheapest thing that I have seen in my life (I am 38). ... Useless and unhelpful service.
