Apr 20, 2010 · Yes, definitely call FedEx and tell them every time this happens to you. Tell them they need to come back out and give you your package, since you took off and sat around all day. I have this problem with UPS. They ring the doorbell and I walk down the stairs and open the door, and they are already back in the truck and driving off.

So my Ring doorbell works great. It detects motion and records when UPS, FedEx, or even my neighbor walks in front of it. So 3 times this month I’ve ordered something from Amazon and chose the same day delivery. This means an actual Amazon employee delivers it to my house. I’ve noticed that my Ring doorbell doesn’t do anything.
