Apr 30, 2018 · Also not sure if Amazon punishes the transportation company for these late deliveries but don’t really care, sucks for them, hahahha. I called them on this in a few chats and they told me that 30 days after they refund the order (as stated by Funky above), Amazon reemburses the seller and shoulders the loss.

Jun 21, 2019 · The timeframes provided by Amazon are only estimates, there is no policy stating that the seller has to refund the shipping cost without a return due to late delivery. Take this as a lesson. And next time when one of your orders arrives late, offer the customer to return it for a refund. No return = no refund is the policy.
