Although this shipment would normally be allowed a refund based upon our failure to attempt/deliver the piece prior to the scheduled date and time, there was a modified refund policy in effect for all shipments accepted 12/22-12/24.

Feb 24, 2018 · To make a long story short… the parcel was finally delivered on December 24 (instead of the 23rd)… we got a “red flag” from Amazon for the late delivery… I was so enraged that I emailed USPS and filed a claim for the refund of the $19.99 for the failed on time delivery.
