By calling Amazon, it may be pointless. If the carrier is AMZL then we can handle it. But usually, all we could do is provide you the contact info for USPS / Fedex / UPS and advise you contact them or in some cases we could 3-way call them with you, or very rarely possibly contact the, on your behalf (but usually we are not able to do so without the customer present / on the call).
