Feb 25, 2012 · I usually either pick up the pizza or eat it there at the restaurant. But today I wanted delivery and the restaurant charged me 3.75 for delivery (quite expensive). The guy came nearly 40 minutes after and I gave him a 50 and the price was 26. so i told him to give me 23 for change and he got pissed off and gave me a dirty look. Am i supposed to tip these guys?
