Very good service. My situation is unique as a large refrigerator was being delivered to a railroad passenger car I own - nothing normal about the situation. First, the scheduler. Matthew, was most helpful and accommodating and worked with me to find a delivery time that would work since I live 1200 miles from where the fridge was being delivered.

Sep 22, 2015 · AM promised delivery between 10am-1 pm with a 1 hour warning call. No call by 1 pm so I called AM. The service person said she'd have to call the driver to determine where they were (apparently delivery staff is not trained to call if late, or not told of promised delivery times).1/5
